Dancraft Construction was brought in to consult the Marrs family on a room addition, but after careful analysis Dancraft recommended a redesign of the existing space. The owners wished for a larger kitchen with better work flow. Also the living room was dark, unwelcoming and poorly connected to the kitchen. With the Dancraft redesign, the family was able to begin living in many spaces of the house that were unused before! |

Project Challenge: The existing living room wasn't being used, because it was dark and shut off from the rest of the house. Also, the kitchen didn't fllow properly, because of an awkward layout. Dancraft Solution: Removed the living room wall, creating a great room that flows right off the kitchen. Upgrade the new great room by adding skylights and a built-in entertainment center/fireplace combination. The kitchen was also redesigned for maximum use and enjoyment.
