To Dan Swank, Dancraft Construction:

Thank you so much for your work on the remodeling of our kitchen. We know that a 145-year-old house can be challenging when it comes time to update, and we started on this project with a certain amount of trepidation. Our hope was that the kitchen could be modernized within the existing space while retaining the "feel" of the rest of the house. You and all of your workmen have succeeded! We are grateful for the work you did with us before the project was actually started. Our meetings helped clarify the design and helped us to establish reasonable expectations. We knew exactly what to expect at each step of the project and there were minimal surprises - amazing considering the age of the house! A kitchen remodeling of this magnitude is never convenient and we appreciate that everyone involved in the project - painters, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc. - went out of their way to minimize the disruptions. It was very helpful for us to know when things were going to happen and you kept in touch with us at every turn - good communication started with the preliminary planning sessions and continued through the (on time!) completion of the project. The entire family loves our new kitchen!

Once again, we thank you for your many hours of designing, planning, communicating, and seeing that the job was done right - down to the last detail.

You certainly offer a "complete package" and we sincerely appreciate having the opportunity to work with your company.

    With kind regards,

    Cass and Amy Cullis
